Who Covers Return Shipping Costs?

• Defective Goods or Wrong Deliveries: If your goods are faulty or if we sent you the wrong items, we will cover the return shipping costs within Germany and Austria.
• Other Returns: For all other returns (e.g., change of mind), return shipping costs are borne by the customer.
