    When paying by credit card, your card is charged immediately after ordering.

    Klarna bill is available for orders from Germany, The Netherlands and Austria. If you choose to pay via Klarna , you will receive payment information separately from Klarna via e-mail.

    Orders within Austria, Germany & Switzerland

    Austria: 3,90€ - Free Shipping at 60€
    Germany: 7,60€ - Free Shipping at 80€
    Switzerland: 9,90€ - Free Shipping at 100€

    Orders within the EU/UK

    Free shipping for EU orders starting at €100.

    For all other orders within the EU/UK a flat shipping rate of €12,90 applies. Exceptions apply to certain territories, for which international shipping rates apply.

    Orders in non-EU countries

    For countries that are not part of the EU, the shipping costs depend on the weight of orders and start at €9,90.

    Delivery Information

    Incoming orders are processed within 24 hours on weekdays and will be dispatched immediately. Our standard shipping within the EU/UK takes a total of 2 to 5 working days, outside the EU/UK shipping takes 6 to 8 working days.

    CUSTOMS/TAXES

    Please note, that there may be taxes, duties and/or VAT costs applied by customs on international orders before the delivery of your package. These charges are not included in the original shipping amount and will not be paid for or reimbursed by us.  

     

    INCORRECT ADDRESSES

    Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address and are encouraged to check them prior to submitting an order. Once a package has been shipped we cannot redirect it. We are not responsible for, nor able to refund or replace orders shipped to the incorrect address.
